Food Safety and Quality Policy

PPL is committed to manufacture single and multi layer flexible laminate packaging wrappers for  customers in Food & Beverage, Agro, Cosmetic, Chemical, Fertilizer, Pharmaceutical and similar sectors with endeavor to

  •  Implement a management system that complies with the requirements of Quality Management ISO 9001:2015 & Food Safety Management FSSC 22000 (Ver. 4.1) Standards.
  •  Ensure compliance with all applicable local, European and other food safety & Quality legislation as well as customers’ requirements.
  •  Ensure that all employees are aware of the company’s commitment to food safety and Quality and their responsibility for it.
  •  Manufacture quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  •  Add value to their products & be their preferred supplier with trust and confidence in quality of our products.
  •  Be known as customer caring supplier with ethical values.

To achieve this, Food Safety and Quality shall be the prime consideration behind PPL’s business decisions and PPL shall act to:

a)  Institute appropriate control procedures and conduct periodic reviews of our attainment of the Quality Policy, consequently taking appropriate measures accordingly.

b)  Encourage sharing of information on quality among the major stakeholders of the company, and solicit their inputs to enable us to meet their needs & expectations. Furthermore, the Quality Policy would be promoted across all levels of employees to encourage them to embrace quality as their personal commitment.

c)  Continually improve the Food Safety and Quality Management Systems through learning, communication, emulation, innovation and participation in continuous improvement programs and setting, achieving and reviewing Food safety & Quality Objective annually as one of the ways.

d)  Understand client needs, meet their requirements and strive to exceed their expectation.

e)  Meet requirements of interested parties and our social, environmental & legislative responsibilities.

f)  Creating and maintaining a working environment where people become fully involved in achieving the Food safety & Quality objectives.

g)  Develop, implement, evaluate and improve continuously across all aspect of QMS & FSMS.

h) Provide necessary resources and ensure responsibilities and authorities are determined and communicated throughout the company.

i) Seek Risk & opportunities of QMS & FSMS continuously for upgradation of product, manufacturing methods, and resources

j) Seek feedback from the customers and carry out required actions in accordance with stated methods and customers’ requirements

k) Develop a pool of competent Human Resource by improving their knowledge and skill through regular training.
