Weighing Scale
Weighing Scale is used for checking Grammage of laminate, film etc. All weighing purpose it is being used. During chemical analysis we have used this scale for weighing of reagent.
Shrinkage Tester
Shrinkage Tester is used to measure the shrinkage percentage of PVC film at defined temperature. PVC film is very heat sensitive. Upon receiving of PVC film from supplier we have verified the shrinkage quality of film and confirm the material as per standard or not.
Cobb Tester and Roller
Cobb Tester & Roller is used to measure the maximum amount of water can absorb 1GSM of paper after specific time. It is very helpful for us to understand the paper or board water absorption capacity.
Crease & Stiffness Tester
Crease & Stiffness Tester is used to measure the crease and stiffness value of paper, board etc. Higher the stiffness value means high quality of paper and board. We can found the paper or board strength between fiber by this machine.
Opacity Meter
Opacity Meter is used to determine the Opaqueness of LLDPE film. Opaqueness is very important for light sensitive component or ingredient. We can also found the transparency of film/LLDPE film by subtracting the opaqueness value from 100.
Bursting Strength Tester
Bursting Strength Testeris used to determine the bursting force of Paper, Board & Aluminum Foil. Higher the burst force means higher strength of material compatibility. We can easily determine the burst force of paper, Foil, hard board etc. and compare the value as per standard.
Dart Impact Tester
Dart Impact Tester is used to determine the dart impact force of LLDPE film. Higher the dart impact means higher stability of LLDPE Film. We can easily determine the LLDPE film dart impact and confirm the pack performance. Lower dart impact costs the pack bursting, tearing etc.
Viscosity Test Machine
is used to determine the viscosity of ink & adhesive. Also we can use this machine after adhesive mixing to know the viscosity of adhesive as per supplier TDS.
Karl Fischer Titrators
Karl Fischer Titrators is used to determine the moisture of chemical such as ethyl acetate, MEK, MIBK, Toluene etc. We can verify the supplier chemical quality and confirm the moisture amount as per standard.
Melt Flow Index test machine
(MFI) is used to determine the granule melt flow index and melt value rate. We have used this machine during incoming granule of LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, Master batches, Nylon etc. We can verify the supplier granule quality and confirm the MFI as per standard.
Vacuum Leak Test machine
Vacuum Leak Test machine is used to check the leakage of laminated pouch at defined pressure under vacuum. Also we can obtain the highest pressure resistant of pack at defined time. We have seen pack bursting issue is frequently happening in market due to variation material grade, process etc. We can easily determine the laminate bursting pressure and check whether it is meeting customer requirement or not.
Color light fastness Test machine
Color light fastness Test machine is used to check printed film color visually whether the printed color is fading or not at specific interval of time under Xenon lamp. Color fading issue is frequently found where product exposed in sunlight. So it is very critical test parameter to check color fading issue after printed film and comply customer requirement.
Optical Density Test Machine
Optical Density Test Machine is used to measure the optical density of MPET & MCPP film. Optical density is very important for metallized film as it is the value of barrier properties of film. High OD means higher barrier properties of film. High optical density also ensure better shelf life for products contains in packs.
Seal Strength Machine
Seal Strength Machine is used to test the seal strength & tensile strength of laminated materials. It is very critical testing equipment and it helps to find every laminated products seal strength & tensile strength. It is assured us whether seal strength & tensile strength of laminate is meeting customer specification or not.
Oven
Oven is used to test the Total Soluble solids of Ink, moisture content of paper etc. Also it can use for heating purpose of chemical, laminate. We can determine the incoming raw material moisture content, ash content, TSS by this machine.
X rite hand spectrophotometer
(X-rite), is used to match the product color against pantone color. Also “L” “a” “b” of color can be known by this machine. It is very helpful for us to match the product shade as per customer requirement. It can also used for the color density measurement.
Oxygen Transmission rate (OTR) test Machine
Oxygen Transmission rate (OTR) test Machine is used to determine the metallized film oxygen barrier properties benchmark with Oxygen transmission rate. Also we can determine the bare film oxygen barrier properties as well. It is very important test for food product packaging. If the food packaged oxygen barrier is not good, product would deteriorate before exceeding shelf life. We are able know our laminated product oxygen barrier properties is meeting customer standard or not.
Water Vapor Transmission Rate (WVTR) Test Machine
is used to determine the metallized film water barrier properties benchmark with water transmission rate. Also we can determine the bare film water barrier properties as well. It is very important test for food product packaging. If the food packaged barrier is not good, product would deteriorate before exceeding shelf life due to entering moisture into the packs. We are able know our laminated product water barrier properties is meeting customer standard or not.
Co efficient of Friction Testing Machine
(COF), is used to test the film surface to know the static & kinetic friction. It is very critical for laminated products. If the COF is less, customer can get better output and if the COF value is higher than standard it decline the productivity. So we have to measure the everylot to verify the COF value of laminate.
A universal testing machine (UTM)
A universal testing machine (UTM) is used to determine the tensile strength, lamination strength and compressive strength of materials. It is very critical testing equipment and it helps to find every laminated products lamination strength & tensile strength. It is assured us to know the lamination strength & tensile strength of laminate is meeting customer specification or not.If the lamination strength is low it leads to delamination of pack.
