Premiaflex Plastics Limited is a private limited company incorporated in 2008. Our factory is located at Sreepur, Gazipur — strategically positioned for efficient production and logistics.
We are a growth-oriented flexible packaging manufacturer, supplying quality printed flexible packaging materials using fully automated Flexo CI and Rotogravure Printing technologies for various forms of laminates with foil, film, and paper.
Our operations expanded rapidly to meet the ever-growing needs of the local market. Constant upgrading and investment in machinery and manpower have placed us at the forefront of flexible packaging technology in Bangladesh.

In 2008, ACI started its packaging business under the name of Premiaflex Plastics Limited to induce innovation in Bangladesh's emerging packaging industry. What followed was a decade of relentless expansion.
Foundation laid at Sreepur, Gazipur. First Rotogravure printing machine installed. The journey begins.
Full commercial operations launched. Business partnerships established with major local & MNC companies.
8-color printing machine added. Capacity doubled to meet rapidly growing customer demand.
All production lines running at full capacity. Lamination machines expanded. Customer base grows significantly.
Third production line commissioned. Achieved ISO 9001:2008 quality management certification — a landmark in quality commitment.
All three lines at peak. Pouch making machines introduced. Growing pouch & sachet product portfolio.
Vacuum metallizing & coating machine installed — opening the premium metalized packaging segment for FMCG brands.
Dedicated food-safety quality control laboratory established. Achieved FSSC 22000 food safety certification.
10-color Rotogravure printing machine added. Extrusion lamination & advanced 5-layer film-making capability introduced.
Letterpress printing machine installed. Physical factory footprint expanded to accommodate growing workforce and machinery.
8-color Flexo CI printing with UV varnish — a Bangladesh first. Lamitube & label sticker production lines launched, diversifying the product portfolio.
