Our in-house DuPont plate-making system includes an Exposer, Plate Mounting unit, and Thermal Wash unit — enabling us to produce high-quality printing plates with precision that directly translates into sharper, more consistent print output on every job.

Introduced in 2014, our BOBST vacuum metallizing and coating machine applies a nanometer-thin layer of aluminum onto base films — delivering superior OTR (Oxygen Transmission Rate) reduction while creating the premium metallic finish demanded by top FMCG brands. We produce Metalizer General K4000 quality films.
Our precision slitting machines convert wide master rolls into finished rolls of exact customer-specified widths. Synchronized drive systems ensure consistent tension and clean edges across all materials — from thin BOPP films to multi-layer laminates.

Diversified into laminated tubes in 2018, Premiaflex installed the sophisticated LT 120 Packsys Global machine from Switzerland. The plant has in-house facilities for all processes — designing, processing and plate-making. Available in 22mm, 25mm, 30mm and 35mm diameters.
Our label sticker line produces precision-printed self-adhesive labels in roll form for automated application — covering oil labels, bottle labels, pharmaceutical labels and FMCG products. Flexo-printed with custom die-cutting for any shape or size.
